In 2019, System 001 captured the first plastic from the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. In 2021, System 002 received proof of technology. Recently, we hit a big milestone for our ocean system. We finally completed the transition from System 002 to System 03 at the end of August. System 03 is almost three times bigger than System 002, meaning we can clean a much larger area and be more efficient in our operations. This gradual transition started a year ago, and all those learnings and developments brought us to a record catch at the end of System 002's last trip (11 tons in a single extraction).
